We are a niche placement firm that places military officers with top employers both nationally and those seeking international opportunities.

At The Ready Group, we don’t aspire to be the biggest placement agency serving the military, but we aspire to be the best. We work hard to be best in class for sourcing top talent, adding value through professional development, and placing our talent with great firms. We also continue to support our talent throughout their military transition.

Our selection process is rigorous. We will not accept 100% of applicants. We want to ensure our employers are getting the best of the best. We will screen, vet, and assess our talent. We will then offer professional development to enhance their existing skill and experience.

Our process is designed to ensure the best chance of success for our talent in their new role with our employers. Our selection, assessment, and development ensure a deep understanding of our talent and leads to a more precise match with our employers.

Our firm works on a Contingency basis. This means there is no charge for our talent to engage in our placement service and our employers only pay us if they hire our talent. This is a success based model and we have a shared definition of success.

Selection:

Start with the right candidates. Any business is only as good as its people. That’s why we have validation and verification to ensure we start with the right people.

Assessment:

Our assessment process has two objectives:

The first objective is the understand our talents preferences (What type of role. What type of industry. What geographic preferences: global, national, regional, state or city) This understanding helps us place our candidates with their preferences in mind.

The second objective is to objectively identify our candidates relative strengths and development opportunities. Our scientific assessment tools are leading edge and offer us real insights into where our talent excel and help strengthen our placement process.

Development:

We are not simply putting candidates in front of employers. Our development program takes our talent’s preferences and needs and we offer a number of developmental tools to fill gaps and strengthen our candidate’s profile. We bring our corporate expertise and amazing tools to bear on the process.
